DROP 001 — Official Competition Terms & Conditions

Campaign: BEYOND LIMITS

1. Promoter

The promoter is XLIMIT™ (Pty) Ltd (“XLIMIT”).

2. Eligibility

The competition is open to natural persons aged 18 years or older who are ordinarily resident in South Africa. Employees, directors, members, agents and immediate family members of XLIMIT or any party directly involved in administering the promotion are not eligible to enter.

3. No purchase necessary

Entry is free and no purchase is required. Entrants remain responsible only for their normal internet or mobile-data costs charged by their own service provider.

4. How to enter

1. Download the official XLIMIT™ LOCKED IN DROP 001 wallpaper from the XLIMIT website.
2. Set the wallpaper as the Lock Screen on your mobile phone.
3. Take a photograph showing the wallpaper displayed on that phone.
4. Share an honest reaction to the wallpaper. The reaction may be positive, neutral or negative and does not affect eligibility.
5. For Instagram, publish the qualifying image as a post, Reel or Story, mention @xlimitsa and use #XLIMITLockedIn. The entrant's content must remain visible long enough for XLIMIT to verify the entry.
6. For Facebook, submit the qualifying image and reaction through the official XLIMIT competition post or another entry method expressly stated by XLIMIT on that post. Sharing the competition on a personal Timeline or tagging friends is not required.

Only complete, verifiable entries submitted during the competition period will qualify.

5. Entry limits and authenticity

Each qualifying submission will count as one entry unless XLIMIT expressly announces otherwise in the official competition post. Entrants must submit their own photograph and may not impersonate another person, use misleading information, automate entries or manipulate the draw.

6. Prize

One qualifying entrant will be selected to receive an XLIMIT™ Exclusive DROP 001 hamper currently planned to include a limited-edition XLIMIT™ T-shirt, an XLIMIT gift voucher valued at R500, one mystery XLIMIT product and an exclusive winner card or certificate. XLIMIT may replace an unavailable prize component with an item of reasonably comparable value where necessary.

7. Winner selection and independent oversight

The winner will be selected at random from valid entries on 2 October 2026. The draw will be overseen and certified by an independent accountant, registered auditor, attorney or advocate in accordance with applicable South African promotional-competition requirements. XLIMIT may verify the selected entrant's eligibility and qualifying entry before confirming the prize.

8. Winner notification and announcement

XLIMIT will attempt to contact the selected entrant using the social-media account or contact details associated with the entry. Once eligibility has been verified and the prize accepted, XLIMIT intends to announce the result through its official Facebook and Instagram pages. If the selected entrant cannot be reasonably contacted, fails verification or does not claim the prize within the period communicated by XLIMIT, another valid entrant may be selected, subject to applicable law.

9. Prize delivery

XLIMIT will arrange delivery of the prize at no charge to the verified winner at a valid South African delivery address, normally within 30 days after verification and acceptance of the prize, or on another date agreed with the winner in writing.

10. Publicity and content

Entering the competition does not require the winner to consent to the use of their image, likeness or personal testimonial in XLIMIT advertising. XLIMIT may request separate permission to feature a winner or entrant, and that permission may be declined without forfeiting an otherwise valid prize.

11. Personal information

Personal information collected for this competition will be used to administer entries, verify eligibility, contact the winner, deliver the prize and meet legal record-keeping obligations. It will be handled in accordance with applicable South African privacy law and XLIMIT's published privacy practices.

12. Social-platform disclaimer

This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Facebook or Instagram. Entrants release those platforms from responsibility to the extent permitted by law.

13. Rules and records

These competition rules are available without charge throughout the competition period at xlimit.co.za/pages/xlimit-locked-in-terms. XLIMIT will retain the competition records required by applicable law for at least three years.

14. General

XLIMIT may reject fraudulent, incomplete, abusive or non-compliant entries. If circumstances outside XLIMIT's reasonable control materially affect the promotion, XLIMIT may amend, suspend or cancel it where permitted by law, while respecting accrued consumer rights. Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under South African law.
